• Residence: unit/apartment, block, and owner/tenant status.
• Usage data: order, reservation, access, and support request records.
• Device & technical: device identifier, push token, app version.

• Creating membership and secure sign-in (SMS/e-mail verification),
• Providing access, announcement, shopping, and reservation services,
• Sending notifications and responding to support requests,
• Security, abuse prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the service: site management, the stores/businesses related to your order, payment and IT infrastructure providers, and legally authorised public authorities. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

• Notifications: platform push services (Apple/Google) for delivering notifications.
• Hosting: the cloud/server infrastructure hosting the app and data.
• Fonts: this promo site uses Google Fonts.

5. Data Security

We apply technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and session security to protect your data against unauthorised access.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for the retention periods required by applicable law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

The App is a service for residents and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
