How do I sign in to the App?
You can sign in via SMS or e-mail verification. After signing in, select the unit you want to manage from the "My Units" screen.
My unit doesn't appear in the list — what should I do?
Unit association and authorisation may be subject to site management approval. For a unit missing from your account, create a request through our support channel or site management.
I'm having an issue with my order or reservation.
Orders and reservations are fulfilled by the relevant store/business. You can send a support message from the order/reservation detail in the App, or contact us through the channels on this page.
How do I delete my account?
