Account Deletion Request
You have the right to delete your Dünya Şehir Cadde account and the associated personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion and what the deletion covers.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
- In the app: start an account deletion/closure request from the Account → actions section.
- By e-mail: from the e-mail address registered to your account, send an e-mail titled "Account Deletion Request" to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may ask for the phone/e-mail registered to your account to verify your identity.
2. Data That Is Deleted
Once your request is approved, the following data is deleted or anonymised:
- Account profile (name, phone, e-mail),
- Unit/apartment associations and app preferences,
- Push notification tokens and session records,
- Support messages and in-app interaction data (those not subject to legal retention).
3. Data That May Be Retained
Under applicable law (e.g., financial and commercial record-keeping obligations), certain data such as order/payment and invoice records may be retained for the relevant statutory periods. At the end of those periods, such data is also deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are concluded within thirty (30) days at the latest after identity verification. You are informed that your request has been received and completed.
When you delete your account, your history, preferences, and associations in the app are removed
irreversibly. We recommend saving any information you need before proceeding.
