These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Dünya Şehir Cadde mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The App provides residents with digital services for community living, such as announcements, QR access, store information, online shopping, and reservations (Home Extension). The scope of services may be updated from time to time.

2. Account and Access

  • You sign in to the App via SMS or e-mail verification.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and sign-in credentials.
  • You must contact us immediately in case of unauthorised use.
  • Unit/apartment association and authorisation may be subject to site management approval.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights,
  • Gain unauthorised access, bypass security measures, or disrupt the service,
  • Provide false/misleading information or act on behalf of another person,
  • Reproduce App content without permission or use it for commercial purposes.

4. Orders, Payments, and Reservations

For shopping and reservation services, the order/reservation is fulfilled by the relevant store or business. Prices, campaigns, delivery, and cancellation/refund conditions are subject to that business's rules and the terms stated in the App. Payments may be made through the App where available.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, trademarks, logos, and content of the App belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. For disputes arising from products and services provided by third-party stores/businesses, the relevant business is the responsible party.

7. Suspension and Termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms, access to your account may be suspended or terminated. You may close your account at any time via the Account Deletion Request page.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page; the "Last updated" date indicates the effective date of the change.
